• Technical information: Our hosting, authentication, and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, device information, security logs, and request timestamps as needed to operate and protect their services.

4. AI Analysis and Third-Party AI Providers

LieGPT uses third-party artificial intelligence services to analyze content submitted by users and generate assessments. Depending on the service configuration, these providers may include Google Gemini and other AI providers.

When you submit content for analysis, the relevant content and necessary request information may be transmitted to an AI provider for processing. You should therefore treat submitted content as information that may be processed by a third party.

The privacy practices, retention periods, and data processing terms of an AI provider depend on the provider, the specific service used, and its applicable configuration and terms.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, identity documents, or other highly sensitive personal information unless you have a clear reason to do so and understand the associated risks. Consider removing unnecessary identifying details before submitting content for analysis.

5. Saved Analyses and Account Privacy

If you use LieGPT while signed in, analysis records may be saved to your account so you can access your history through the service.

We use account-related identifiers to associate saved records with the relevant account. Access to these records is intended to be restricted through the application's authentication and database access controls.

Do not assume that submitting content anonymously, privately, or without storage is possible unless the interface explicitly provides that option.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

LieGPT uses Stripe to process subscription payments. Payment card information is submitted to Stripe and handled under Stripe's applicable privacy and security practices.

We may receive or maintain information such as subscription status, payment-related identifiers, transaction status, and other details needed to administer your subscription and provide access to paid features.

7. Authentication, Hosting, and Other Service Providers

LieGPT relies on third-party service providers to operate its website and application. These may include:

• Supabase: For account authentication, database storage, and related application services.
• Formspree: For processing pre-launch signup form submissions.

Deleting an account or making a deletion request may not immediately remove every copy of information held by service providers, in backups, or in records that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Any retained information remains subject to applicable legal requirements.
