1. About LieGPT and These Terms

LieGPT is operated by Learnhall LLC doing business as LieGPT. In these Terms of Service, "LieGPT," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business operating the service.

These terms govern your access to and use of the LieGPT website, account, and AI-assisted analysis features.

By accessing or using LieGPT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use LieGPT on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. What LieGPT Does

LieGPT is designed to help users examine messages and other supported content for potential signs of scams, deception, manipulation, or suspicious activity.

Depending on the features available, the service may provide an assessment, risk score, explanation, or other AI-generated observations about content you submit.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops, subject to applicable law and any obligations we have to you.

3. AI Assessments Are Not Guarantees

LieGPT uses artificial intelligence to analyze submitted content. AI systems can make mistakes, misunderstand context, overlook important details, or produce incomplete or inaccurate results.

A risk score or assessment is an estimate generated by the system. It is not a verified determination of truth, intent, identity, legitimacy, or fraud.

• A low risk score does not guarantee that a message, person, website, offer, or transaction is legitimate or safe.
• A high risk score does not prove that a message, person, website, offer, or transaction is fraudulent.
• A result may change as models, system configurations, or available information change.
• LieGPT may not have access to external facts, current events, private records, or other information needed to verify a claim.

You are responsible for evaluating results in context and independently verifying important information. When something appears suspicious, consider checking through an official website, a known contact method, or another reliable source.

Do not rely on LieGPT as your sole basis for sending money, sharing sensitive information, clicking links, downloading files, entering contracts, or making other significant decisions.

4. No Professional Advice

LieGPT provides general informational assistance. Its outputs are not legal, financial, investment, cybersecurity, law enforcement, or other professional advice.

The service does not replace your own judgment or advice from an appropriately qualified professional when that advice is needed.

5. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be legally permitted to use LieGPT under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only where permitted by law and with any required parental or guardian authorization.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

LieGPT offers an annual subscription for $39 per year, including 1,950 analysis credits per subscription year. Each successful analysis uses one credit. Unused credits roll over and remain available in the subscriber's account, including after cancellation, and may be used again if the subscriber renews or resubscribes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

The service allows subscribers to analyze supported messages for potential scam, phishing, deception, manipulation, and other suspicious indicators. Depending on the language detected and the features available, users may choose to analyze a message in its original language or translate it into English before analysis.

Credits are used for successful analyses, not for translation alone or analyses that fail to complete successfully. Available credits are required to initiate an analysis. The number of credits available in an account determines how many analyses can be completed.

The annual subscription price is charged in advance for the applicable subscription year. Any applicable taxes will be handled as disclosed during checkout and as required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we may designate. Your payment is subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.

Subscription access depends on successful payment and the status of your account. If you cancel before renewal, your paid subscription access continues through the end of the period already paid for. Unused credits remain associated with your account and are available if you resubscribe.

Renewal and cancellation terms, where applicable, will be disclosed at checkout or through the relevant account or subscription interface. Please review those details before completing a purchase.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer, payments are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may change subscription pricing or credit allocations for future purchases or renewal periods, subject to applicable law and any notice or consent requirements. Any changes affecting an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated to the subscriber.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LieGPT lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the service to violate applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or other protected resources.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or proper operation of LieGPT.
• Use automated means to access or exploit the service in ways that are unauthorized or that place unreasonable demands on it.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code or underlying systems except where applicable law permits such activity.
• Upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use, or that unlawfully infringes another person's rights.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or unlawfully harm another person.
• Attempt to bypass subscription requirements, usage restrictions, or security controls.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action to protect the service and its users, subject to applicable law.

8. Content You Submit

You retain whatever rights you have in the messages, text, links, and other content you submit to LieGPT.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that content for analysis.

You authorize us to process submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide the requested analysis, operate the service, maintain security, and carry out the activities described in our Privacy Policy.

To generate an assessment, submitted content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information may be handled.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, confidential credentials, or highly sensitive personal information unless necessary and appropriate. Where possible, remove identifying details that are not needed for the analysis.

9. AI Outputs and Intellectual Property

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the assessment and output generated for your submitted content for your personal or business purposes.

AI-generated outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users. We do not guarantee that an output will be unique, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

The LieGPT name, branding, website design, software, and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

You may not use our branding or materials in a way that suggests an endorsement, affiliation, or authorization that does not exist.

10. Saved Analyses and Data

When you use LieGPT while signed in, analysis records may be saved to your account so you can review your history through the available features.

You are responsible for keeping any copies of information you need. We do not guarantee that saved records will always be available or recoverable.

The availability of deletion or account-management features may vary. Our handling of account information and submitted content is described further in the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

LieGPT may rely on third-party services, including AI providers, hosting and database providers, authentication services, and payment processors. The availability and operation of these services may be outside our control.

The website may also contain links to external websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

12. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that LieGPT will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, provider outages, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Where required by law or an applicable purchase commitment, we will honor the relevant obligations to users.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using LieGPT at any time. If you have a paid subscription, stopping use of the service does not by itself cancel that subscription; follow the applicable cancellation process.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have materially violated these terms, created a security risk, engaged in unlawful activity, or used the service in a way that could harm LieGPT or other users.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of a suspension or termination and provide an opportunity to address the issue.

Termination does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before termination or provisions that by their nature are intended to continue afterward.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LieGPT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no guarantee that the service will identify every scam, detect every deceptive message, verify every claim, or prevent financial loss, identity theft, fraud, or other harm.

We do not warrant that every assessment will be accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for your particular circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, or consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LieGPT and Learnhall LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on an AI-generated assessment, including a decision to trust or reject a message, communicate with a person, click a link, disclose information, or make a payment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of LieGPT, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify us for losses to the extent they result from our own conduct where such a requirement would be unlawful.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as LieGPT evolves, our practices change, or legal requirements develop.

We will publish the updated terms on this page and revise the effective date when appropriate. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes and obtain consent when necessary.

Your continued use of LieGPT after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the service.

18. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law, including laws that may apply based on where a user lives or accesses LieGPT.
